From little things…

little beautiful flowers grow. My friend Julie gave me some little orchid plants many moons ago. They came from her Father’s greenhouse. He is a mad keen orchid man who used to enter shows with his blooms. From the cosseted warmth of Mr J’s greenhouse they were cast into my big bad garden where they were popped under a tree and given minimal attention.

My mindful neglect must have done the job because they have rewarded me with these delicate little blooms. Goes to show nobody like a ‘helicopter gardener’.

Spring has sprung – enjoy.
